Refund & Returns Policy – CLOROBE

At CLOROBE, we strive to deliver high-quality, thoughtfully designed apparel. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, please review our return and refund policy below.


Return Window

We offer a 7-day return policy from the date of delivery.
To be eligible, you must initiate a return request within 7 days of receiving your order.


Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition

  • All tags must be intact

  • The product must be returned in its original packaging

If these conditions are not met, we reserve the right to reject the return request.


Non-Returnable Items

Due to the nature of our products, the following items are not eligible for return:

  • Items purchased during sale or discount offers

  • Products damaged due to improper use or handling by the customer

  • Minor color variations (due to screen/display differences)


Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

  • Provide clear images/videos as proof

After verification, we will offer a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.


Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Email us at clorobesupport@gmail.com (update if you use another email)

  2. Include:

    • Order ID

    • Reason for return

    • Supporting images (if applicable)

Once approved, we will provide further instructions.


Refund Process

  • After receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will notify you of the approval status.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.


Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders

For COD orders:

  • Refunds will be issued via bank transfer or UPI

  • You may be asked to provide account/UPI details


Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping charges

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable


Exchanges

We only offer exchanges in case of:

  • Damaged products

  • Wrong items received

For size-related issues, we recommend checking the size chart carefully before ordering, as exchanges may not always be possible.
